Wagokoro currently focuses on creating traditional Japanese confectionary called “Daifuku” (also known as "mochi" in English), which literally means “big happiness”! :) It consists of a round chewy dough made of glutinous rice, usually stuffed with a sweet red bean filling made from “azuki” red bean. Mochi may also come in a variety of fillings such as chocolate, fruits, ice cream and so on. Wagokoro adds a twist to traditional Japanese desserts. We want to create our own original flavors in a way that can be enjoyed by people who have never tried these desserts before, as well as by those who already adore traditional Japanese desserts.

In order to meet the highest standard of Japanese dessert-making, we first selected excellent quality imported glutinous rice flour and minimized the amount of added sugar to allow the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through. Each mochi is carefully hand-wrapped one-by-one by our artisans to ensure only the highest quality of production.

3. Pick up option: At Carigradska 10. We accept walk-in orders, but if you wish to secure all the flavors and pieces you would like, we recommend you place the order from here. For Classic Mochi, there is no minimum amount and for Ice Cream Mochi, the minimum order amount is 4 pieces and it is only available for takeout, not for eating-in.
